A booking is confirmed once UNK Nomads and the traveler have agreed on the itinerary, price and any required deposit.
Cancellation terms vary by tour and will be confirmed with you directly at the time of booking. As a general guide, cancellations made well in advance of departure are more likely to be refundable than late cancellations.
We strongly recommend all travelers carry comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies and activities such as trekking and horse riding.
Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents, suitable clothing and equipment for their tour and disclosing any medical conditions relevant to the activities involved.
UNK Nomads takes reasonable care in planning and operating tours but is not liable for delays, losses, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond our control.
